Emotional Well-being

Rate your emotional needs by priority and how met they currently are. The dashboard surfaces the highest-leverage needs to act on, domain-level gaps, and which sources (self, friends, romantic, activities, career, other) are over- or under-contributing relative to where you'd want them.

How to use it

  1. Skim the seeded needs. Add your own with + Add need; remove any that don't apply via the row's expanded panel.
  2. For each one that matters, set priority (1 = not relevant → 5 = core) and currently met (1 = not at all → 7 = fully).
  3. Optional, deeper: expand a row () and set how much of that need actually comes from each source vs. how much you'd want it to. The numbers don't have to sum to anything — they're just allocations.
  4. Switch to Insights to see leverage rankings, domain rollups, source gaps, and distributions.

Leverage = priority × (8 − met). High-priority + low-met needs surface first. Source gap = ideal − actual, priority-weighted across all rated needs.
